At Lefties.com, you have different delivery options available. When processing your order, we will confirm the available shipping methods, the cost, and the estimated delivery date. Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.

Pick up your order at the Lefties store of your choice within 3-7 working days.

Once your order arrives at the selected store, we will send an email to the address associated with your account.

To collect your order, you must show your e-ticket or customer QR code in store. If the person collecting the order is not the same person who made the purchase, they must also present their ID and the e-ticket.

You have 15 calendar days to collect your order.

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse and another with the tracking number and a link to the website of the transport company that will deliver your order.

Drop point delivery times are 3-7 business days.

We will show you the available delivery points at the time of purchase.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse and we will notify you of the arrival of your order at the delivery point via email and a notification in your app.
