At Lefties.com you have several delivery options available. When processing your order, we will confirm the available shipping methods, the cost, and the estimated delivery date. Please note that deliveries are made only on working days.

Pick up your order at the Lefties store of your choice within 3–5 working days.

Once your order arrives at the selected store, we will send you an email to the address associated with your account.

To collect your order, you must show your e-ticket or customer QR code in store. If the person collecting the order is not the same as the one who made the purchase, they must also present their ID and the e-ticket.

You have 15 calendar days to collect your order.

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse, followed by another email with the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

Delivery times to pick-up points are 3–5 working days.

We will show you the available delivery points at the time of purchase.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse, and notify you when it arrives at the delivery point via email and an app notification.

Please remember that you must present an ID document to collect your order.
